The upper leather used in this style is the Waxy Commander article from the Charles F. Stead tannery. This article has many rugged features to it including many depths of color along with plenty of texture. Waxy Commander leather is finished on the flesh-side and includes a blend of natural waxes for a uniquely rugged aesthetic. The dyes\/colors of the article are blended to compliment the base dying for a rugged appearance with depth of color and texture. Waxy Commander leather is part of C.F. Depending on the lighting and setting in which you have the boots, it will be common to see any of these colors and slight variations of them. With wear, you can expect these boots to darken a bit.
